You guys are awesome. Turns out my pathetic post about being turkey-less on Tgiving led to a friend inviting us over, so I think I might get my bird after all.

Potlicker, I'm liking Scaife this week. I realize Keller is the "smarter" play here with the Titans kryptonite being TEs and all, but my gut says go with Scaife.Fantasy Football Librarianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10710042496167760096noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34425107.post-60886400841617191582008-11-20T12:38:00.000-05:002008-11-20T12:38:00.000-05:00You can buy a small turkey breast and you can cook...You can buy a small turkey breast and you can cook it very simply in a crock pot/slow cooker.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34425107.post-51137503582522650492008-11-19T23:09:00.000-05:002008-11-19T23:09:00.000-05:00Again, thanks for all the great research....I am i...Again, thanks for all the great research....I am in second place in my league and gaining on the first place dude.....all due to your great research!!

Now, to Thanksgiving. I like the idea of Cornish Hens. They bake easily and there is a great orange sauce you can use to enhance the taste.

What about a Turkey breast? Marianate it in brine the night before. You can get a good brine recipe on the Food Network site.

Oh, and a great recipe for stuffing is there, as well. Spincach-Artichoke stuffing has been the mainstay of our Thanksgiving. It is an Emeril recipe and is awesome!!

And don't forget a good Chardonney!!

Have a great weekend and holiday!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34425107.post-78852819169477323972008-11-19T19:03:00.000-05:002008-11-19T19:03:00.000-05:00My wife and kids are vegetarians, a recent develop...My wife and kids are vegetarians, a recent development. Well, recent enough that this will be the first Thanksgiving when my family will be scratching their heads trying to figure out what to feed us.

What about that tofu-turkey thing? Tofurkey? Does your husband eat fish? I told my dad (we eat two Thanskgiving meals a year) to make me a salmon and stop whining.Shanehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15033662507699896530noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34425107.post-73766566384717662152008-11-19T16:36:00.000-05:002008-11-19T16:36:00.000-05:00Perhaps some of that deli sliced turkey that comes...Perhaps some of that deli sliced turkey that comes in the Glad Ware...slap that stuff on some bread and cranberry sauce and you're good.Mo Morrisseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14709079175426142527noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34425107.post-7219926515877850802008-11-19T14:53:00.000-05:002008-11-19T14:53:00.000-05:00get a cornish game hen and call it a turkeyget a cornish game hen and call it a turkeyRyanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08896768934881498374noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34425107.post-28454220632614654892008-11-19T14:03:00.000-05:002008-11-19T14:03:00.000-05:00not "run def", just runnot "run def", just runAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15853227173001704693noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34425107.post-31781774486948529912008-11-19T14:01:00.000-05:002008-11-19T14:01:00.000-05:00line up questions... keller or scaife? playing aga...line up questions... keller or scaife? playing against each other, the last time titans run def was stuffed scaife blew up... might happen again? keller is on the rise and you never know with favre...Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15853227173001704693noreply@blogger.com
