Disagree with Anonymous. If it's good info, then I don't mind the length. Plus, I like how Bruno Boys tell you if a player is a good pickup in a 10-team/12-team/14-team league.

I know week 3 predictions are in progress. I'm considering dropping Donald Driver to beef up my bench a little. I already have Jordy Nelson. I'm hoping to snag Denarius Moore. Leaving aside who I manage to pick up, will I regret dropping Driver?

Update:  It is with a very heavy heart that I tell you all that yesterday, August 30th, I delivered our stillborn daughter, Caroline Mary. This has been an almost surreal and definitely heartbreaking experience and I appreciate the support in each and every one of your notes. Caroline will be honored and loved always. 2014 Average Position Rankings spreadsheet

Friends, I've got a first draft of the 2014 Average Position Rankings spreadsheet up here as a google doc. If you're new to this annual spreadsheet or need a refresher, here's the scoop. I take the top 200 or so overall rankings that are freely offered by a handful of sites and I average out their rankings for each player. I also take the standard deviation to see how a player's rankings differ among experts, and add that in as another component to give you a sense of how much consensus there is on a player. I drew from the following sites this year: FFToolbox, CBSSports.com (both Jamey and Dave), ESPN, FFCalc's ADP, The Fake Football, The Football Girl, NFL.com, DavidGonos.com, SI, Yahoo, FantasyPros.com, and RealTime Fantasy Sports. All offered roughly a top 200 overall ranking and you can see each site's ranking (gathered 8/20/14) in the second tab on the spreadsheet.
